Details of the massacre
An Israeli occupation sniper targeted the elderly Hadia Mohamed Hassan Nassar as she sat in front of her house in the Shujaiya neighborhood of Gaza City, refusing to leave. She believed that her age surpassed that of Israel and that she should remain steadfast in her original land.
Hadia had previously been injured in an attack on a house adjacent to hers in Shujaiya without prior warning. She was subsequently treated at Shifa Medical Complex and had an interview with journalist Saleh Al-Ja'farawi in the hospital.
