Details of the massacre
On August 9, 2024, Israeli occupation aircraft committed a massacre against the Moammar family by targeting the home of journalist Tamim Moammar in the Tahlia area of Khan Younis, resulting in his martyrdom along with six family members, including three children of the journalist. Among them are:
- Nurse Abdul Rahman Yehia Ahmed Moammar
- Nagat Sulaiman Moammar
- Mais Tamim Moammar (4 years old)
- Salam Tamim Moammar (15 years old)
- Islam Fayez Moammar
- Shams Al-Huda Tamim Moammar (13 years old)
- Journalist Tamim Moammar
