Massacre date
Number of martyrs
Details of the massacre
On October 7, 2024, Israeli occupation launched an invasion of northern Gaza Strip, besieging Jabalia Refugee Camp for 8 consecutive days, arresting citizens in their homes, and executing anyone who moved. The occupation forces withdrew on October 15, 2024, but Israeli occupation aircraft continued their policy of demolishing buildings over the heads of civilians in a systematic plan to destroy what remained. They committed genocidal acts against Palestinian families, including Al-Sayed family and Al-Harsh family, as well as atrocities against civilians by targeting residential blocks and gatherings of citizens. This resulted in martyrdom of more than 400 individuals by October 16, 2024.
