Details of the massacre
On October 13, 2023, Israeli occupation aircraft committed a massacre against the Al-Khayat family by targeting their house in Al-Jenina neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip. This attack resulted in the martyrdom of more than 16 victims, most of whom were women and children. Among the victims were:
- Mahmoud Deeb Salem Al-Khayat (69 years old).
- Rajaa Fakhri Sulaiman Al-Khayat (64 years old).
- Basel Mahmoud Deeb Al-Khayat (32 years old).
- Hadeel Nasser Fakhri Al-Khayat (30 years old).
- Child Celine Basel Mahmoud Al-Khayat (5 years old).
- Child Elin Basel Mahmoud Al-Khayat (8 years old).
- Child Mahmoud Basel Mahmoud Al-Khayat (1 year old).
- Child Mohamed Basel Mahmoud Al-Khayat (less than 1 year old).
- Tamer Mahmoud Deeb Al-Khayat (33 years old).
- Razan Awni Shhada Al-Khayat (33 years old).
- Child Rose Tamer Mahmoud Al-Khayat (5 years old).
- Child Anas Abdullah Mahmoud Al-Khayat (4 years old).
- Child Omar Mahmoud Khalil Al-Durbi (15 years old).
- Child Jinan Mahmoud Khalil Al-Durbi (9 years old).
- Child Banan Mahmoud Khalil Al-Durbi (13 years old).
- Hiba Mahmoud Deeb Al-Durbi (Al-Khayat) (39 years old).
