Israeli occupation artillery targeted the displacement site of child Razan Arafat Barbakh's family in Rafah governorate, resulting in severe injuries and the amputation of both her legs. Due to the closure of the crossing, restriction on medicine supplies, and prohibition on patients traveling abroad for treatment, Razan succumbed to her injuries on November 3, 2024.
