The University of Gaza is a private Palestinian university established in Gaza City to serve as an academic beacon, offering university services to Palestinian youth, contributing to the scientific and professional development of Palestinian society. It specializes in higher education and scientific research and is licensed and accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

It was destroyed in December 2023 by Israeli occupation aircraft during the war on the Gaza Strip.
