On November 24, 2024, an Israeli quadcopter dropped explosive bombs on Kamal Adwan Hospital in the north of Gaza Strip, injuring Dr. Hossam Abu Safia, the hospital director, while he was on duty. He sustained injuries to his back and thigh, and his health condition is deteriorating.
The Israeli occupation has been besieging Kamal Adwan Hospital for 40 days, preventing medical teams from assisting those injured in its surroundings and barring the entry of food, water, medical supplies, and diesel needed to operate generators and save patients' lives.
