Israeli occupation forces partially withdrew for the second time from Tal Al-Hawa area on 17 January 2024, after causing significant destruction to residential buildings, where approximately 20 to 30 residential towers were destroyed, rendering the area uninhabitable, in addition to the destruction of infrastructure.
