Beit Al-Saqa, also known as the Al-Saqa Historical Palace, is an ancient house located in Shuja'iyya neighborhood in the central market of the eastern Gaza City. It was built in the 17th century, specifically in 1661, during the reign of Sultan Mohammed IV, son of sultan Ibrahim. The house was constructed by Ahmad Al-Saqa, a prominent merchant of that time, whose family origins trace back to the Arabian Peninsula from Makka and to Aqil ibn Abi Talib, the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The house was destroyed on 10 November 2023 during an Israeli airstrike on Al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood in Gaza City.
