Al-Khulafa Al-Rashideen Mosque is located in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip. It is considered one of the most prominent mosques in the area, playing a central role in the religious and social life of the local community since its establishment in 1985. The mosque also played a significant role in the struggle against the Israeli occupation during the Palestinian Intifada, which earned it great symbolic importance among the camp's residents.
On December 1, 2023, Israeli occupation aircraft targeted Al-Khulafa Al-Rashideen Mosque in Jabalia, leading to its destruction. On May 21, 2024, the area surrounding the mosque in Jabalia was subjected to heavy artillery shelling, resulting in the complete destruction of the mosque.
