Details of the massacre

A Palestinian woman documented the bombing of the Arab "Baptist" Hospital in the Zaitoun neighborhood of Gaza City by Israeli occupation aircraft without prior warning, in one of the most heinous massacres committed by the occupation forces in the Strip. The hospital had been a refuge for thousands of displaced citizens who sought shelter after their homes were destroyed, looking for a safe place for the remaining members of their families.

At least 1,000 Palestinians, including martyrs and injured individuals, were transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Hospital from the Baptist Hospital.
