On 10/9/2024, Israeli occupation aircraft committed Al-Byouq Family Massacre by targeting their house in Al-Manara neighborhood of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip. This led to the martyrdom of more than 7 individuals, including women and children, among whom were identified:

1. Mansour Hussein Al-Byouq (55 years old)
2. Mohammed Mansour Al-Byouq (27 years old)
3. Jumana Mansour Al-Astal "Al-Byouq" (28 years old)
4. Child Jad Al-Byouq
5. Ayat Mansour Al-Byouq (22 years old)
6. Child Mansour Al-Byouq (less than one year old)
7. Faten Suleiman Al-Byouq
