On November 10, 2023, the Israeli occupation forces arrested Dr. Iyad Al-Rantisi and subjected him to severe interrogation while handcuffed and tortured in various harsh ways, which led to his martyrdom days after his arrest. However, the Israeli occupation authorities prevented any information about the doctor until June 18, 2024, when they announced his martyrdom and the retention of his body.
