The genocide crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces over a period of 470 days formed part of a systematic plan aimed at killing Palestinians through missiles, shells, disease, and the deliberate deprivation of education. Israel targeted all means of life in the Gaza Strip, including schools and hospitals, as part of military pressure intended to achieve political objectives. The Israeli occupation also forced civilians into repeated displacement under dangerous and harsh conditions, in addition to subjecting them to a suffocating blockade, starvation, and deprivation of water, all of which constitute acts prohibited under international law and international humanitarian law.
