Circumstances of martyrdom
On December 2, 2023, Israeli occupation forces arrested paramedic Hamdan Anaba while he was performing his humanitarian duty inside Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza Strip. His fate remained unknown until September 14, 2024, when it was confirmed that he had been martyred since the day of his arrest due to the brutal torture he endured.
