مجازر الاحتلال الإسرائيلي – شهادات على وحشية العدوان
Asdaa Recreational City was a resort and entertainment center that welcomed children and families during holidays and special occasions. However, it has now turned into a shelter for displaced persons due to the Israeli war.
Hundreds of Palestinian families have resorted to setting up tents in Asdaa Recreational City in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, after being forcibly displaced southward by the Israeli occupation.
On 23/10/2024, Israeli occupation warplanes targeted Sheikh Eid Park and its surroundings in Rafah Governorate, southern Gaza Strip, without prior warning or notice, resulting in the destruction of the park and significant damage to the surrounding area.
Israeli occupation forces deliberately destroyed recreational areas, including Municipal Park in Gaza City. Established in 1930 during the tenure of former Gaza City Mayor Fahmi Al-Husseini, it is one of the largest parks in the city, located on Omar Al-Mukhtar and Al-Wihda Streets.
Israeli occupation forces destroyed and leveled Al-Jundi Al-Majhoul Park and memorial in Al-Rimal neighborhood, central Gaza Strip. These are considered major landmarks and the beating heart of the city. The memorial was established in 1956. The destruction of the park and memorial aims to obliterate truth and dignity, and to erase the human and national symbols representing the identity of the Palestinian people.
